If you didn’t know, there’s a simple mod (no plugin) which will fix & improve how Skyrim loads mods. And it 100% works. I tested it with my modded build and it shaved off around 20 seconds. This might not sound like much, but after some time, it definitely adds up. That’s potentially hours of real time being saved, depending on how often you play the game.
It’s not a replacement for a faster CPU/RAM/SSD combo, but every little bit helps. It also depends on how many plugins you’re loading. So it might do more or less than it did for me.

It’s the same for LE (Legendary Edition). You just need to download appropriate mods between them.
